Following the introduction of Divorce in 2011, we also assist clients in obtaining a divorce through the Maltese courts and have regularly succeeded in finalising the required procedures in relatively short periods of time. We also provide legal assistance in relation to divorces obtained outside of Malta which can be registered in Malta and recognised as valid under Maltese law.
